How it works

A phone call + two apps = instant remote help.

1

Call them

Start a regular phone call so you can talk them through each step.

2

They share a code

They open View My Screen — a large 6-digit code appears. They read it to you.

3

You see their screen

Enter the code in Remote Screen Viewer and their screen appears on yours instantly.

🔒

Built with safety in mind

These two apps were designed specifically to protect people from scams and unauthorized access.

View only, never control The helper can only see the screen — they cannot tap, type, or control the device in any way.
Nothing is recorded Screen content is never stored or saved on any server. Sessions are live only.
End anytime The person sharing can stop the session instantly with one tap, at any time.
Sharer always initiates A session can only start when the person sharing their screen taps to begin. It can never be started remotely.
